Balluff,Inc. HQ building

My client Balluff, Inc. hired me to shoot their new North American HQ building. They asked for some drone shots as well to show their old building in back as well as the foot bridge connecting the two buildings. I shot their building over the course of 2 hours. One was one hour before sunset, the other right at sunset combined with a sky shot earlier.

Executive portraits for VonLehman & Company

The ad agency that handles this company's account assigned me to shoot executive portraits of over 90 people. I shot them over three days last week. Everyone was photographed on a grey canvas backdrop, the top people were also shot from the waist up on a white backdrop. Animated GIFS will be created of these for their website. All were shot with a Nikon D800 equipped with a Nikon 85mm 1.4 @ f6.3

My new love - The Fuji X- E2

I’m real excited about my latest camera ! I decided to add a Fuji X-E2 mirror less camera to my equipment used on all of my photo shoots. My Nikon dslr’s will continue to be my main cameras and the X-E2 will serve as a backup as well as a go to camera for situations in some industrial areas where it’s small size will be an advantage. With it’s retro style, it looks like a film camera from the 60’s. It is a state of the art digital device with the latest sensor and a complete line of interchangeable lenses. In the weeks ahead I’ll post some shots from it here. I plan on keeping it around my neck for personal work on a daily basis ! Yes, it’s that likable !
